What exactly am I buying?

A made-to-order tee or trucker hat in your size (hats are one size). The colorway is assigned by the posted odds when you order. Tee odds: Common White 50%, Uncommon Emerald 30%, Rare Mystic Blue 15%, Legendary Violet 5%. The hat runs its own table: White 50%, Evergreen 30%, Navy 15%, Caramel 5%.

Can I pick my color?

No — that's the point. PULLED, NOT PICKED. If you could pick, it wouldn't be a pull.

Will I be told what I pulled before it arrives?

Only if you ask. Your order includes a private Reveal My Pull link. Your confirmation email, tracking, and order page never show the color.

Are the odds real? How do I know?

Every order is rolled by an automated system the moment it's paid — no human picks colors. Every roll is recorded (tier, timestamp, order) and those records drive replacements and creator payouts, so they have to be accurate.

What if I order two?

Each item rolls independently. A two-item order can pull any combination — including two Legendaries, at 5% each.

What are the products made from?

The tee is a Comfort Colors 1717 — heavyweight, garment-dyed, sizes S–4XL. The hat is a Yupoong 6606 Retro Trucker with an embroidered front logo.

How long does shipping take?

Made to order in 2–5 business days, then typically 3–5 business days in transit (US). US shipping is included in the price.

Can I return it if I don't like my pull?

No — rarity outcomes are final. Defects, damage, and wrong items are always made right, and size exchanges ship the same tier in your new size. Full details on the Returns & Exchanges policy page.
