Returns & Exchanges

The rarity outcome is final. A pull is a pull: we do not accept returns or exchanges because of the tier or color you received — that's the game, and it's the same table for everyone.

Defects and damage are always on us. If your item arrives with a print defect, damage, or it's simply the wrong item, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund — your choice.

Wrong size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange unworn tees for a different size. One rule protects the game: a size exchange ships the same tier you pulled, in the new size. An exchange is never a re-roll.
